Ampenan is Lombok's historical coastal fishing grounds facing the calm waters of the Lombok Strait. From March through September, sea conditions are calm and baitfish thrive, making it the premier season to target Spanish mackerel (tenggiri), red snapper (kakap merah), barracuda, and trevally. Guided by experienced Ampenan boatmen with motorized boats, fishing gear, live bait, and private hotel transfers included. All tours are conducted on a 100% private basis with pristine, air-conditioned vehicles and experienced local team members who know Lombok inside out.
